Get a Library Card?
Bring photo identification, such as a driver’s license, showing your name and current address. If the photo ID does not include the current address, other documentation must be provided. Library cards are free to those who live in Franklin, Warren, or Gasconade Counties. Washington Public Library has a reciprocal lending agreement with Saint Charles City-County Library.
A non-resident card is available for anyone who lives outside the area at the cost of $25 per family for 12 months.
