Meeting Rooms
Washington Public Library has 1 large meeting room that can be divided into 2 medium-sized rooms. This room can be reserved by the public for non-profit purposes.
To request to use the meeting room space:
- Call 636-390-1070 to check for room availability.
- Fill out the Meeting Room Application Form and return to the library.

Study Rooms
Washington Public Library has 2 study rooms on the Upper Floor. These rooms accommodate small groups of individuals in a quiet, enclosed space. Patrons wishing to use the Study Rooms should ask library staff. Study Rooms may not be reserved in advance and are available on a first come, first served basis. Patrons are allowed an hour, which may be extended if there is no one waiting.
Exhibit Space
The library’s Exhibit Space can be reserved monthly by members of the community, including displays by local artists and local collections.
To request to use the Exhibit Space:
- Call 636-390-1070 to check for exhibit space availability.
- Fill out the Exhibit Area Application and return to the library.
