The following forms are available for pickup at the library during tax season:

• Federal Tax Form 1040 and 1040-SR.
• Instructions for Tax From 1040 and 1040-SR

You can print these 1040 forms yourself by going to the IRS website.

All other IRS Forms can be printed at the library for $0.15 per page.

Missouri Tax Forms

Missouri Tax Forms are available on Missouri Department of Revenue Website. These forms can be printed at the library for $0.15 per page.
