The library's next USDA Food Service delivery day is Monday, July 13 from 4pm - 6pm in the library parking lot! The only information needed is the names and ages of the children. There is no other paperwork. In two weeks we have delivered 325 weeks of breakfast and lunches to local children. https://www.washmolib.org/o/wpl/article/2942519

Some days you want to climb into your own box and just watch a movie. We decorated some Jurassic Jeeps and watched a short movie at the Dino Drive-In Wednesday morning. It was a dino-riffic time.

Temperatures are heading into the nineties this week. This is reminder that the library has an air-conditioned children's play area. If you need to get out of the house but are worried about the heat, the library offers a free space to play. We don't allow pets in the library, but due to what is known as the Jurassic loophole, dinosaurs are allowed. They like to color with children.

Tuesday's T-Rex Tea Time was a lot of fun. Dinosaurs even helped with desk checkouts, so it was a success all around. Thanks for joining us for a late afternoon tea party. We'll do this again!

Art Club is Thursday at 6! We're going to follow along with another acrylic tutorial. It should be a great exercise for painting a little looser and with more expression. The video link is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OalpVAx0Rcs. Photos are from May art club.

When we get very busy checking in books in the back room, the librarians make book cart trains and pretend they are train conductors. When it's very quiet you can sometimes hear them saying "chugga chugga choo choo."
