Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Tea. Across the pond, our cousins are celebrating Queen Eliabeth II’s 70 years on the throne. We will join in the joyous occasion by practicing our royal struts and waves, learning the Queen’s English and crafting a “fascinator.” Dress fancy to rule the kingdom. Bookmarked: Tween Summer Book Club A fun place to meet new friends & talk about books. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Come to one meeting, or come to all! Before each meeting, copies of that month’s selection will be made available at the circulation desk (tweens do not need to have a library card to pick up a copy of the book). 2nd Wednesdays from Noon-1:00 p.m. in June, July & August TWEEN
